Post-blocks has been great :) Although I should resume mugging soon, this short break kind of heightens my anticipation for end of A's! I don't really care if it'll be boring after awhile; I'd rather be bored doing nothing than to be stressed over studies and everything.

One thing I did was to watch some movies I'd downloaded a long time ago, but never managed to get around to. Two notable mentions are definitely Little Miss Sunshine and Forrest Gump! ^^

They were released damn long ago and I have no idea why I haven't seen them before because now they're among my favourite movies ever T.T Movie endings often tend to veer towards the extremes...they're either tearful and tragic or cheesy and corny, which doesn't do any justice to the story (especially if it has been good till the end). But I really, really, really loved how L.M.S and F.G ended perfectly :')

Silver Linings Playbook was also not bad :) It's slightly odd seeing Jennifer Lawrence as a recovering widow after watching her in Hunger Games, but it also made me feel so much respect for actors and actresses. Being able to give life to a fictional character and making it entirely your own is such an amazing skill. I think movies are really magic-how else do you capture someone's undivided attention for hours, and sometimes even afterwards? Let alone an entire cinema's worth of people, or across continents and languages and cultural differences. O__O

Movie-makers must be so proud of themselves. If I were a producer or director (LOL totally not happening), I'd indulge in my own genius and watch my own film all day 24/7 with a permanent self-satisfied smirk on my face -__-
